Yes. DriveCOM is now compatible with Starlink. In town it runs on the major Australian 4G/5G networks; out past the towers, connect the cab or site to a Starlink terminal and DriveCOM works over satellite — same app, same channels, no extra setup. Handover between mobile and Starlink is automatic.
Yes — call recording is an optional feature on Fleet and Enterprise plans. Recordings are encrypted at rest, searchable, and accessible from your admin dashboard for compliance, audits, and training.
Absolutely. Every voice call and message is end-to-end encrypted in transit, and call recordings are encrypted at rest. DriveCOM data is hosted on Australian infrastructure.
